Spring Service : The most important time of the year regarding your irrigation system. Left dormant over the winter months your system may become susceptible to a fair amount of minor damage, most often from harsh winter weather or wildlife and with a certain element of garden maintenance, bed turning, clearance and pruning etc. Lateral pipes are easily forked or cut as with micro sprinkler parts, which are also chewed or tops missing. Lawn sprinklers are still susceptible to freezing temperatures or grass roots can eventually work thier way to the nozzles and even internal gear drives of the lawn sprinkler. Argo Irrigation offer full spring servicing to your irrigation system to bring it up to speed ready for the summer months ahead.

Summer : You need to know that all elements are working as they should  to give you the peace of mind that you garden is being fully watered during the dry season. If not during a holiday then whilst you should be relaxing in the garden and not spending hours with a hose pipe watering your loved and precious plants. Argo Irrigation are on hand all year round for maintenance to your system.

Winter Service :  A simple winterisation or 'drain down' of your system can help prevent damage to the most integral and mechanical parts within. Although you can never guarantee the life of a pump you can help towards the longevity, as with valves, pressure tanks, taps etc and various other integral or expensive equipement. For most sized garden irrigation systems an air compressor is generally used to eliminate any collected water in the system that holds threat of freezing and causing damage.

most system winterisations are fairly straight forward and generally considered cost effective in comparrison to potential damage and replacement of expensive parts.
